This damascus steel katana was hand-forged&folded by traditional way,Full Tang construction, It was folded 10 times.differentially hardened in a clay-tempering/quenched process. tsuka was covered by real ray-skin, the tsuka-ito(handle-wrap) using silk.
The katana is full functional Japanese sword, razor-sharp edge sharpened by full hand,the blade was folded using 1050 and 1095 high carbon steel. tsuba material is red copper with gold and silver plating.
