The ManJi pattern motif design tsuba, fuchi & kashira. real white same (ray skin) under the tsuka-ito (handle wrap) and tsukamaki with hishigami(rhombus paper), habaki (blade collar) and seppa (spacers) are made out of brass.
The 28" blade forged in soshu-kitae lamination. hamon (temper line) flows smoothly from kissaki (blade point) to the habaki. hazuya polished take out the hamon (temper line) are very prominent and geometry conducive to rigorous cutting without chipping on semi-hard and hard targets.
Natural rayskin inlay and quality cotton ito on tsuka. tsukamaki with hishigami, extremely tight and geometry.
